Additional late check-out charges may apply based on availability and departure time. Children up to 6 years of age stay free in existing beds (one child per room)

Cancellation Policies

a. Cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date are subject to a full refund of the deposit, less any bank charges or transaction fees incurred.

b. Cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date will result in a refund of 50% of the deposit.

c. In case of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be offered.

Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Payments:

a. All reservations are subject to availability and must be made through our website, digital platforms or through direct contact with the hotel.

b. To guarantee the reservation, we require valid payment information and a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, which will be charged at the time of booking.

c. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival or at check-in.

d. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods that are shown available on our website.

Rules and Regulations

a. Guests are responsible for maintaining and caring for all hotel facilities and furniture in good condition.

b. Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be the guest's responsibility and the corresponding repair or replacement cost will be charged.

c. By making a reservation at our boutique hotel, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

SERVICE pets are welcome at our hotel;

Guests must inform the hotel during the reservation process if they are traveling with a guide or support dog.
Proof of the animal's service status from their current doctor is required.
We accept a maximum of 2 guide/support pets at a time, with this limit also applying to subsequent reservations.
Upon arrival, dog owners must provide a current Vaccination Record and proof of deworming within the last 6 months.
There is no entry fee for guide dogs.
A cash Security Deposit of 1000 pesos per pet is mandatory and will be refunded at Check-Out if no damage or excessive dirt caused by the pet is reported inside or outside the room.
A charge of 300 pesos per wash will be applied for duvets or blankets with pet odors or hair, and 1000 pesos for traces of urine or excrement in the room.
Guests are responsible for covering all costs associated with repairing or replacing hotel property damaged by their dog.
We kindly request that dogs remain quiet, especially during the night.
The guest assumes full responsibility for any incidents involving their dog.
The hotel is not liable for any illnesses, escapes, or accidents involving the pet while on the premises. Guests are urged to carefully review these regulations.
